Lower Creek Family Dentistry accepts and files most dental insurance plans, and is in-network with private insurance plans and specific dental Medicare plans. If you do not see your dental plan listed below, please do not hesitate to give us a call. We will always do our best to work with the insurance providers that our patients carry.
